    Employers and everyone else, ie schools, colleges, university were already under a duty since the dyslexic Phelps won her case against the Local Education Authority who were vicariously liable for the actions of a psychologist. It's good news for dyslexic employees now - what is absurd is that disabled persons are a loss for the economy and dyslexic persons are no exception. It's about time employers come out of the dark ages and help people stay in jobs.
