    Practice note No.9 (para 12.1) - states that the court must be satisfied that the amount claimed by the local authority in costs is no more than those reasonably incurred.

      I have done these for my local council, the costs are between £ 9 and £ 15

      They ( most councils ) are using a charging formual thats intential misleading., i will put it up later.
      crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
