Rotten, heartless thieving scumbags broke into the London head quarters of British charity Plan UK and stole five of their servers.
Plan UK is the charity that enables British families and individuals to sponsor children living in hardship around the world. My family have sponsored Melvic who lives in the Philippines, so we were written to today informing us that our bank account details, email and addresses were held on the stolen servers.
Unsure how many people are affected by the breach but it will be important to keep an eye on the affected bank accounts in case the data is used by the criminals.
