The code is not ''policed'' by the BCSB - this is complete rubbish. Unlike the police, the BCSB do not investigate individual complaints.

The code is not ''policed'' by the BCSB - this is complete rubbish. Unlike the police, the BCSB do not investigate individual complaints.

Absolutely and neither do they have any powers and if that were not enough, they are funded by the very companies they are charged with "policing" - although they use the word "monitor" on their website.

They are a paper tiger and utterly useless.

Not only are they funded by the industry but the BCSB board members are appointed by them.
