    He got booked, he was told to be quiet, he jabbed his finger at the referee, he told him to go away in industrial language, he chose to question a booking for dissent when the ref had dropped his pencil and then he kept going and got sent off. Rafa Benitez still does not know why he was sent off. Please tell him that the game he should have been watching was Man Utd v. Liverpool and not Chelsea v. Arsenal. Only a deaf mute blind man could not understand why he got sent off. It's called STUPIDITY.
