haha,, user levels on that map you link to, down to individual towns...

am off to see if i can match up any of my data sets against them ( ward councillors from 2004 onwards ), lots of people looking for net traffic, from the data, related to that Scottish bird. The so called ( dark net ) can be so much fun sometimes... some of the memes are breathtakingly funny, but totally unpublishable, ever....
