    If that sticks it will be good. ( depending on what side of it your on ). If costs of proceedings can be recovered due to the lease terms, it will make it more likley that landlords would pay for representation at court properly, There really is lots of docs to go through and check when a tenants contesting action.

    These were also, common terms in guarantor agreements anyhow. and it usually makes more sense to pursue the guarantor nowadays,
    crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
