    Article is about the Financial Ombudsman and dispute resolution. It talks about complaints being escalated to an Ombudsman rather than the adjudicator and has some interesting statistics:

    "But more than 900 people supported by the Ombudsman actively rejected its final recommendations. More than 1,300 others failed to let the Ombudsman know their view either way. These are automatically filed as rejections
