Re: News: SRA set to end regulating insolvency practitioners

    thats probebly a good move

I have dealt with both SRA and trustees regulators ( 2008-2011 ), with some success. Its very very hard to navigate the SRA rules and have them applied to the actions of a solicitor, it is possible, but the boundaries of the rules seem very flexible in favour of solicitors

Wereas, the normal trustees regulators,( CIPFA ect ) may be in no rush to take action against there own members, the rules are more fixed, and a bit easier to interpret in relation to real life. If anyones haveing any problems with a trustee in bankruptcy, have a good read through the statements of insolvency practise, and the code of conduct that they sign.

crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
