    Barclays Buys Russia's Expobank As Part Of Expansion

    Barclays is buying up Russia's Expobank for £373m as part of its strategy to expand in emerging markets. The UK's third-largest is taking over Expobank, which is focused in Moscow, St Petersburg and other parts of western Russia, from Petropavlovsk Finance.
