Having said that, I understand that they are now starting to settle 'stayed' court cases.

It would appear that Jet2 have abandoned their latest delaying tactic of using the two year court action limitation (which is now in their T&C's, in direct contradiction with case law) - it also looks like they are starting to settle more cases.
Have they changed into a reasonable organization? Surely not!
