    and ... why the long wait before the price cut is implemented??

      Lol, note how British Gas are hanging off until the worst of the winter is over before cutting prices! Eon I believe cut their prices with immediate effect.

        OVO is on the ball cut prices already & they are one of cheapest for bigger users, customer service is excellent as well.........very pleased with them.

          We're with Ebico for gas and electric (cheapest we could find - no standing charge)
          Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

            Just looked at Ebico. They quoted about Ł772 for 2,300kw electricity and 7,200kw gas annually. I am currently with First Utility and paying Ł625!
