Rentokil Shares Dive After Second Profits Warning

Shares in Rentokil plunged to a 16-year low after the company issued its second profits warning in two months and said its chairman was quitting. The pest control, parcel delivery and office cleaning giant admitted that its figures this year would not match those of 2007.
