Happy new year everyone. Thanks for the stats –I am surprised ‘received a court claim’ wasn’t top of the list!
I wonder how many of the 2,199,464 visitors got a rare good night’s sleep thanks to the posts on here and it is not unreasonable to assume that by reading some of the legal information and indeed successes that this has saved many from going over the edge.
Depending upon which organisations or experts one consults the number of people who commit suicide because of debt varies between 5% and 40%. As the statistics above show not all the 2,199,464 million visitors were looking for help with debt so let us be very conservative; say, 10% were looking for debt advice. That is 219,946 people. If only 2.5% were suicidal because of the pressure of debt then it is no exaggeration to say that more than 5000 lives may have been saved by this site. Not all people found their perfect solution but they will have discovered they are not alone and that debt does not have to prove fatal – Some people on here did fight and win; that is thanks to the incredible legal beagles who with infinite patience and humanity walk them through the legal labyrinth. Some people found sanctuary and compassion along with dignity and hope. This was thanks to all those who shared their feelings and experiences.
So take a bow all you posters – You may not be brain surgeons or oncologists but you do change and even save lives. I hope you all have a fantastic year.

The shared news & learnings are & should make a tremendous difference to those affected both in confidence & a better informed decision making process.

Beagles (for me) seems to manage this through a fair & open posting process looking at the facts & not the individual nor does it dwell or try to thrive on failure moreover promote the "good nature" in people to make things better.

This to me should make for an even more successful 2015 as more recognise the need for such sites as this & the values it holds for ordinary peoples.

Read, learn & go for it.............there is much more to come & our futures together will be better for our shared experiences.

Let 2015 be a good year for consumers.............& our principles & actions be recognised as the future.

Amazing statistics.

Power to ordinary people and to legal beagles who have helped all of us. I can't believe this is my 6th year as a member and I can't even begin to quantify how the legal beagles family have helped me and my family.
