    I'm not quite happy with the journalism on this article because clearly they have asked the bank for a quote very near the time that the article appeared in the paper and yet have failed to do the most obvious thing: get the person who the story is about to sign something allowing the bank to waive HIS confidentiality so that the bank can then hide behind their OWN confidentiality. Pffft!
