    Is there any way we can get the clowns who dream these systems up that open the floodgates for scammers charged with "aiding and abetting"

      I live 6 miles from the Dartford crossing and the queues are horrendous.
      In my garden in the far distance I can see a small section of the M25 and it's now often at a standstill heading towards the tunnel.The tailbacks seem to be far worse than they have ever been.The queues are having a detrimental effect on the roads in the surrounding areas.
