Have these journalists not heard of the Banking system unregulated and not open to everyone. It's called the "Parental Bank" where loans are non repayable and telephone banking consists of a phone call to Mama or Papa saying I need money for "books". Well the first and last letter is correct but the student union bar spelling of "beers" seemed to have changed. Some standards have definitely not changed.
