    My view from what i have read, is it doesn't really change anything for Merchants, just makes it easier for consumers to take on rogue traders, and the rest such as fit for purpose and right for repair or replacement/refund is not really any different to rights consumers already have under warranty and sales of goods act 1979.

    So doesn't really change anything as far as my company is concerned, though terms and conditions may have to be updated to comply with the final legislation should any changes effect our current terms and conditions.
