    This make sence i think, having deal with over the years both SRA and ICAEW, The rules for the latter, are a lot easier to understand and draw lines from, they also generally updated with the associated rulings fairly fast. ( helped me in 2009 )

    The SRA regs are a lot more opinion biased, and a lot harder to prove, but not impossible
