    The most the PDA the postman carries can do is nothing more than basic text messaging besides uploading scans from bar codes. They are the size of bricks

    Royal Mail has not even got a server big enough to handle current data. That is why the majority of Amazon packets are delivered by Yodel and self employed couriers.
