    Did you know that 5 Senior Judges yes 5 refused to agree with the claimant Plevin and Harrison's arguments which as we all know were based mainly on the regulations

    Talk about Judges frustrating the Will of of Parliament And the words that Lord Sumption used namely "THEY WERE WRONG" about fellow judges
    ouch!:juge: that will be bouncing around many a Judges chambers for quite a while as you can't get any more explicit than that
