    I think the tag line rather sensationalises what is a question of choice (or should I say lack of choice!)
    As the article points out, due to cuts in legal aid a cheap but knowledgeable ‘friend’ is better than nothing at all. Using comparisons to choosing who would perform brain surgery is ridiculous. I think Mr Coleman needs to remember he is working for the BBC –at the moment!
