    In other words the untrained, unqualified AND the cheap can practice law including much that at present is only undertaken by professionally qualified persons. The SRA are determined to lower standards using the excuse that it will benefit consumers (once known as clients) when in fact it does not and will continue to increase costs for consumers

      AND lead to further litigation as consumers (you know those the SRA want's to benefit) sue their unqualified advisors for negligence, as is already beginning to happen more & more:tinysmile_aha_t:
