Now that is a good thing. The miners dispute involved not just one person being on strike but communities and had a knock on effect for years and years.

THe story is absolutely nothing to do with this so ignore the above comments. It is actually about miners who were compensated for chronic lung disease or a crippling hand condition caused by working underground. They were ripped off by no win no fee lawyers who double charged and charged wrongly. The smallest award given was 50p.
