    Some Magna Carta sections have been repealed, although there is still much debate on whether this is lawful or not.
    Magna Carta under common law, should still be in place.
    But the bloody governments have in time, eaten away at our rights.
    If they don't like it, they fix it by repealing a section and bringing in new legislation.
    Acts of parliament..............

      Tats what they can do as they are elected not by me I must add I would only ever vote for None of the Above never been on any paper where I have lived!
