    Actions speak louder than words. They are dealing with a disclosure issue for me which they've inherited following the abolition of the OFT. So far I've found them put the market at the forefront of their consideration, not the consumer. I've had to refer back to the Parliamentary Ombudsman as they are essentially being obstructive.

    Time will tell but so far I'm less than impressed.

      They are in receipt of two mails from myself regarding the incredible situation of a protected species as the "second charge" lender hides conveniently behind.................competition..pants & reply, well its been a few weeks & I will not even hold my breath on acknowledgement.

      Putting on a "show" would love to be proven wrong..........
