    The real question ... why did they go ahead with a scheme that they knew would be a failure? The people at the top might be mad and bad, but one thing they are not, is stupid.

      Number of evictions (on bedroom tax only cases): 45 (24 ofthese from a single landlord! This seems quite disproportionate. Who is this landlord?)
      Think it was these boys!

      A freedom of information request found that Norwich CityCouncil evicted 16 households due to rent arrears between April 2013 andJanuary 2014, compared with eight in the same period the year before. (=24 in total)
