Re: NatWest customer called ‘knob’ by manager who forgot to hang up
I wonder what the NatWest Bank Business Manager's Regional Manager called them after the recording of the phone call went viral?
As for the bank customer who left their "calling card" all over the floor of their local branch, I take it they decided to answer a customer satisfaction survey in their own unique way.Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.
