      What they did ie sending fake solicitors letters and charging for them was bordering on fraud. They should be ashamed of themselves.

        Actually, they should face the consequences i.e. lose their consumer credit licence and/or face criminal investigation.

          A lesser company would have lost their CCL but as Wonga no doubt employ quite a few people it would never happen, unfortunately.
