    I foresee problems here. I'm fascinated how they will define 'active members' of the Church of England. Active can mean going only once a year, but regular as clockwork, or having to go every Sunday.

    The Admission Policies of Church schools are riddled with problems over this issue, among others. Whatever happened to the Christian notion of reaching out to the community?
