    Breaking news:carrot:

Perhaps now even the 'authorities' will take note that the banks are not to be trusted

There is two aspects to this case and one of them is the clarity of the regulations. The CCA Act would appear to allow recreated or copies of a loan/credit agreement to be stylised and sent to the customer.
Righty, i think a clarification on that statement needs to be made, ie the banks cannot be trusted to keep paperwork in an orderly fashion and therefore have the need to recreate paperwork. I wonder if they could recreate the original Shakespeare plays?

The law may allow agreements to be 'reconstructed' but it DOES not allow them to be conjectured. In all relevant terms they must be an exact copy of the original.

Nor should the 'recontructed' agreement be passed off as being a true copy of the original - it should be described as being a reconstruced copy & no more no less

Does protesting outside the high street bank help the cause?
Does making the lives of those at the bottom rung of the ladder help?
Paul is not on this forum but I have to say something because it is not in my nature not to say anything. Disappointed by what he is doing NOW is causing those with no power problems and that is really not the way to do things.
Maybe try a train journey to Regional offices of the bank where you live or Goggarburn in Scotland.
