Remission system

We want to make sure that access to courts and tribunals is available to all. In certain circumstances, individuals may not have to pay a fee. A system known as the remission system is available to those who would have difficulty paying a fee and meet the appropriate criteria.
Customers wishing to apply for a remission must use the following forms and leaflets.
Court and Tribunal Fees – do I have to pay them? This leaflet includes the EX160 Application for a Fee Remission Form.
Undertaking to apply for remission of a court fee or tribunal fee, or to pay a court fee or tribunal fee for emergency applications only

There are some huge increases in there from before.

This will put some people off from seeking the retribution deserved through the court system and no doubt lots of people's credit will be damaged further should incorrect defaults be served.

There was I thinking justice was for all, it is becoming a thing of the rich only now.

This is the thinking process behind the way to reduce the claims by Litigants in Person...that they say are "clogging up" the Court system...that's the problem for the regulators to provide the protection to consumers that are supposedly to provide.....get them to do their job properly and the amount of claims will reduce on their own.

Just the thoughts of an "old git".
