Gave a call to Marston's today about the expenses they were ordered to pay By His Honour Charles Harris at Oxford Combined Court
Explained that I could obtain a warrant of execution and send round the bailiff's to remove goods if Mark Scott can not afford it now he has lost his job
I also ask why they have failed to reply to a complaint about Mark Scott with in the ten days that there own procedure allows
Apparently one of the chief monkeys are back in the office from 9 too five tomorrow from the high force team Can not wait
Going to video the call for u tube
Love IT

I wish forums and sites wouldn't hide away the lost cases, how on earth does that help people in the future.Originally posted by andy58 View PostJust spent the best part of 6 months OTR, arguing against a FMOTL theory which stated that creditors could not enforce a deed.
Ended up with a property court(tribunal) case and 8 people having their homes repossessed, needless to say the thread on GOODF has now disappeared as have the people who were putting forward the idea, these daft theories can be very damaging, and must be discouraged in the strongest possible terms.

You are no doubt right Ame the next day after the filming of a Bailiff or Enforcement officer is filmed would tell a different story.

English Criminal Law allows for a fine defaulter to appear before a court to explain why they have not paid their fine. One reason is a Means Hearing, where the amounts payable and time in which to pay can be adjusted. The other reason is a Substitution Hearing, where the fine can be substituted with an alternative penalty, e.g. community punishment, imprisonment, probation.
The former is for those having difficulty paying, whilst the latter is for those who deliberately avoid paying.

You quite rightly got a bailiffs certificate revoked under a form 4 complaint as he intimidated a minor. Utterly agree with you having gone through the proper process to do that.
You're appealing I think the matter of costs in the case.
That is an entirely separate issue.
On your previous post you mention getting bailiffs to visit Marstons - is that for the £500 costs you were awarded ?

Russell - please try not just to insult people or throw accusations around, I'm afraid you won't get very far with FMOTL theories on here. You could try getoutofdebtfree or bailiffhelpforum for that kind of thing
How you getting on with your costs issue ?

Seen lots of these videos, FMOTL stopping evictions, bailiff actions, parking fines. What they never show is what happens the day after when the bailiff comes back with the right paperwork.
I do not think anyone who really knows what they are talking about takes them seriously. I know that bailiffs think they are a hoot.

So how exactly would this case apply to an order being issued to levy distress ?, or even an arrest warrant for that matter.Originally posted by russelldash View Postyes for that's what it reads
FMOTL usual nonsense, taking odd passages out of context and trying to make them apply where they do not.
