    Yes indeed.

    The Supreme court IMO looked at the absurdity of the situation, and depute the argument presented being legally flawed, came up with a common sense decision.

    It is a shame that the bank did not get a bigger slap on the wrist for all the pain that they have put Mr Durkin through, and despite what is being said there is no groundbreaking precedent being made here but as said a good judgment.
