Reading that article Sparkie, it reminds me that Rooftop a sub prime lenders (who we are with) do a similar thing by using the Irish stock exchange via other companies who have purchased the mortgages so nothing is being shown in the UK, depriving the government of taxes. It is a total shame that the regulators have only warned them and have not taken immediate action which they should have done.

About time too, seams as there spokes person Mark White who appears in most of the court cases for Swift etc in court, who knows nothing under oath of what went on, so cant answer questions, the allusive Ms Julie White who was the mortgage adviser was absent conveniently, does any one know if these two are related

Not related as far as my sources tell me.
Mark White is the risk manager of Swift and he is also a shareholder in the ultimate parent holding company in the group.
He knows nearly everything that goes on ...he just does not own up to it

Sorry got that wrong it should be the Risk manager Mark White and Ellen White the underwriter are they related please

Not that I know of.........according to what Mr White said in the Luton County Court last thurs & Fri 30 31st Jan.....but then again all he says cannot be believed. IMO
