Millions can claim BT charges back

If you have a BT account and you do not pay by DD, BT charge you £4.50 for this privilige, it now appears that this can now be reclaimed. So get cracking everyone - more claims to sort out.

The article seems to suggest that you can claim back the money if you had a contract with BT prior to the introduction of the charge.
