This should be interesting, as the very same banks that are above named failed to contact all customers that were mis-sold PPI; many of us are still waitng!
Furthermore, many are being messed about by incompetent Banks e.g Loyds TSB abd Barclays who clearly give a fig about what the FCA have directed them to do...

Barclays are already being investigated by the SFO over loan fraud, which is ongoing. This sort of thing isn't going to stop until governments grasp the nettle and repeal the laws that grant banks immunity from prosecution for fraud. Bank employees do not enjoy such immunity.
