    The Bank of England ignored high street pleas to cut interest rates for the second month in a row today as it kept borrowing costs on hold at 5.5 per cent.

    Bad news for all then. Having watched the documentary last night on property prices, 2008 does not look good for home owners looking to capitalise, especially those who buy to rent.

    Advice is, hold off buying or selling property but that in it's self could cause more problems in an already volatile situation.
