    What a disgrace! :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

...and that's OUR bank, the one WE paid for, with OUR tax money, when the ABN Amro gamble went pear-shaped: http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2...mro-fsa-report

I'm glad my RBS credit card is now over half way through to SBd! :thumb: :clock:

Doesn't surprise me in the least!! My family and I were on our knees and left devastated that my mum had only 3/5 weeks left to live (cancer). On the same morning we got the awful news about my mum RBS sent the sheriff officers round to our house with a CCJ for an overdraft that we had been paying off regularly and as per agreement with the bank. RBS could not have cared less about the distress they caused us.

        I can certainly believe that.

Their threat monkeys at Triton threatened me with bankruptcy or getting a charging order on my house - without apparently troubling to obtain a CCJ against me - over a debt of under £300.

Triton were on my case 3 years ago, ringing my mobile non-stop (I never answered! :grin but they never threatened bankruptcy, despite a balance of over £4k!

But I've been threatened with BR by someone I don't even owe any money to! :ohwell:
