    People who need to manage a bank or building society account for someone else as a result of that person’s lack of physical or mental capacity will now be supported by a new guidance framework that has been issued to all banks and building societies in the UK.

    Thanks for posting this up. My sister and I both have EPOAs in respect of our elderly mother. My sister deals with her financial matters and I deal with any legal and medical matters. This arrangement works well and the information on the link provided will be invaluable.
