Re: Need a Licence to walk home
As it's Canterbury Council, it doesn't surprise me. This bunch of muppets tried to tell an LB member that bailiff fees relating to PCNs were not regulated and no schedule of fees was in existence. They went very quiet when the LB member sent them a copy of the Enforcement of Road Traffic Debts (Certificated Bailiffs) Regulations 1993-2003. As far as I am aware, Canterbury Council is still tight-lipped about the matter.Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.
