    It does make one wonder if Elliott's former employers were overly-indulged by a court in granting them a civil restraint order.

      I have sympathy with the CoA.

      On reading through the transcript, Elliott seems to have repeatedly filed actions which were abuses of process or having no merit, plus he repeatedly failed to comply with procedures then to top it all he files a request for a set aside after 18 months!!

      Has a flavour of Rankine which put fighting debts back years. This guys actions will put LiPs at a disadvantage similarly.
      They were out to get me!! But now it's too late!!

        Very interesting. If you read through the comments on the link solicitors really don't like litigants-in-person or websites such as ours because we enable others to fight their clients, i.e. impinging on their gravy train. My heart bleeds...
