    I don't know much about criminal law or certain business practices........... but it sounds pretty criminal to me.

      It is exploitation of the worst kind - there is the letter of the law and there is the spirit of the law and banks think they are above both.

        I get this feeling that 2008 will be a bad year for banks. Worse than 2007.

        There just seems to be too much (alleged) underhand banking activity coming to light at the moment. :gun:
