  • Lowell Group "sets bond price"

    http://www.credittoday.co.uk/article...-to-issue-bond

Lowell Group is set to become the first UK debt purchaser to issue a bond, Credit Today understands.
It is believed the price has been set on a £200m seven-year high-yield bond in the area of 10.75%. It is thought the bond will be used for refinancing purposes.
Ratings agency Standard & Poors (S & P) has assigned a BB- long-term counterparty credit rating to the firm, and is assigning a separate rating to a proposed £200m of senior term notes issued by Lowell’s wholly owned subsidiary, Lowell Group Financing PLC.................

    10.75%? In the current climate?

I hope they've got good underwriters.

      They're plainly desperate.

I hope they've got good underwriters.
I'd prefer them to have good undertakers.

Sorry, I am part of the reason they are so desperate. Seen in my threads on here you can see how they had to write off over 10 thousand pounds of my Abbey/National credit card, after paying to buy the alleged debt. PLUS the intervention of the FOS would have cost them more.

So f..........g Lowells, it must be really hard to have to restrucutre your debt. I'm really, really sorry for any hardship I caused (I'm not really, just kidding).
          Thanks!

They still owe me over £750 for charges i charged them for payment demand letters and phone calls i had to deal with regarding them attempting to collect on a non existant phone contract that was the result of 3 unsolicited mobiles being sent to me.

Maybe now would be a good time to have the statutory demand issued, don't suppose anyone in leeds would be willing to serve it for me lol.

I wonder what they base their figures on. I sincerely hope its not the face value of their toxic debts

Had you thought of assigning the debt to recovery specialists such as MacKenzie Hall?
