I really feel for these people, redundancy is an awful experience at any time but just before Christmas somehow makes it seem even worse, but what really amazes me is that they are putting their staff through all this upset to move to.........Derby, yeah that makes great sense, were it India I could possibly understand it (though not agree with it) but Derby? (I have nothing against Derby but is there really that much difference).
