Not sure if it will go to Appeal, but we will have to wait for the Open Judgement first.

If HSBC does win, it's not necessarily bad news for precedent, since all of these swap cases are genuinely unique. The way that presentations are given, the products chosen, the pricing of the options, can all vary between salespeople even within the same Bank
