This is nothing new and is getting worse and to blame it on cuts and staff shortages is a complete load of bull.

Its amazing isn't it. Blaming staff shortages and the like. We never but never hear of senior management posts being cut and the incompetence of it all being removed. Here in Wales we have 15 redundant chief executives of now defunct local health boards, all with salaries in the £197,000 pa bracket and whose jobs are protected on the word of the previous minister, one Edwina Hart. Excuse? We can't afford to lose their skills. What B*****Y skills, just take a look at the state of the NHS in Wales. How many front line jobs could be secured or recruited for the cost of those selfish idiots. Not one has the decency to resign and relinquish their pension in the greater good.

Something the politicians do not like to be reminded of is the fact that the Health Service has more administraters and managers now than the whole headcount of the whole civil service at the height of the British Empire when we ran over half of the world. That is not sustainable.

The trouble is most of them have an IQ round about 70, 75 is a bonus.
      regards
