Lol - what idiots they are, enlisting the help of a "professional" debt collection agency wont result in any outstanding monies being repaid anyway as DCA's are useless......as we all know!

As an ex Headteacher this really fills me with horror. Every school has a few awkward parents and part of the HT's job is to deal with these, but calling in Debt Collectors - for goodness sake, how ridiculous! How on earth are you supposed to work in partnership with the parents if you take this attitude?
