  • QualitySolicitors and WHSmith tie up in ‘game-changing’ deal for market

    http://www.legalweek.com/legal-week/...l-legal-market

Fast-expanding law firm franchise QualitySolicitors has agreed a deal with WHSmith to offer legal services via hundreds of the newsagent's national branches.
The move, which has been hailed as a ground-breaking initiative for the retail legal market, will see QualitySolicitors place 'legal access points' in 150 WHSmith stores from this summer ahead of a wider rollout targeted at 500 locations......

my evil mind always inserts the word low when a company describes themselves as quality. LOL I always unerstood that he word quality was a qualifer and and could not be used alone (gerund?)

By definition, good reputable solicitors practices are relatively conservative (note small c) and if they are any good have no need of "flashy" marketing programmes such as this.

" Give us 40 seconds of your time and we will give a legal opinion" does not bode well for those most in need of legal advice. Just look at the nonsense CMCs have made of the CCA1974 with this approach as an example.

By the way I am not a legal professional just a simple engineer.
