Yes I am smiling with glee at this judgement, so many have gone against the defendant for various valid reasons so it is nice to see a judgement in favour of the little guy.

MBNA are you reading as your bullying tactics are coming to an end so better start treating consumers fairly who have debt problems.

If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.
